Lake Forest College’s newest student housing building includes 233 beds and spreads across 62,500 square feet with north and south wings. The first floor of the south wing features a lobby, amenity space and room for auxiliary programming. The second, third and fourth floors of the south wing are designated as student housing, as well as all four floors of the north wing. The two wings will be connected by a mid-section that includes elevators, a central stair and floor-by-floor student lounge spaces.
